QuickPIRO Bridge

Installation and configuration

Installing any ERP system can be time- consuming as it requires a complete overview of your existing systems and configuring the new software to interact with those systems. Our installation and configuration services include:
  • Assessment of your existing infrastructure and recommending improvements
  • Installing PIRO on your hardware
  • Configuring QuickBooks with the QuickPIRO Bridge
  • Configuring backup devices
  • Configuring multi-site communication (available for PIRO Enterprise only)
  • Integrating the Customer Portal with your existing web site

Training

While much information is available about PIRO online and in the built-in user manual, we suggest that we train you and your team in the administration of the system and all the different tools and configurations available. Our training program can dramatically shorten the implementation of the system in your shop and increase your profitability by unlocking all the available features.

Custom reports

While PIRO comes with over 40 pre-defined reports, if you need a specific report that is not available, we can create it for you. Also, if you need any special forms that you need to print as part of your workflow, we can create them and add them to your installation. Reports and forms are priced at a flat price.

8.Support Services

Support Services

The license purchase entitles you to a number of hours of service - this can be used post-installation for requesting help from our service department with any issues regarding installation, configuration, reports, etc. Support services will be rendered over the phone, or via a screen-sharing tool, such as GoToMeeting.com.

  • Pro: 10 hours
  • Enterprise: 20 hours
Additional hours of service can be purchased in 4-hour increments.

Automatic Updates
