The Customer Relationship Management toolset in PIRO allows you to finetune how you want to handle your customers. You can create customer groups based on their preferences, set up discounts or group-specific markups for them.

Module highlights:

• Create Price Qutes and send them to your customer directly from Piro. Once the Customer accepts the Price Quote it can immediately be converted to Job Order without having to enter the same data twice.
• Fine tuned customer profile management: set preferred payment methods, multiple shipping addresses, pricing structures.
• Group your customers based on their or your preferences.
• Track individual inventories for your customers: if they usually bring their own metal, you just have to check one checkbox to add inventory movements to customers.
