Invoicing

When you invoice a metal (when it leaves your shop), PIRO will calculate your invoice totals using the present value of that metal. Also, any markups and labor fees that you are using will be automatically added to the invoice, based on the services performed and based on the customer's profile settings (so you can charge different prices for your preferred customers and charge regular prices for others).

Other useful features:

• One-click invoicing: since your services and metals are all tracked in PIRO, the invoice generation is a breeze - simply select your job orders and print your invoice; all pertinent information will be included right away, including the images of the items created.
• You can generate a single invoice for multiple job orders.
• You can keep track of your outstanding balances.
• Customize your invoices with your logo and company information.
