PIRO is licensed on a per-usage basis; what this means is that you can install PIRO on any number of workstations and have any number of users using it at the same time; the license only limits the number of jobs that can be processed on a monthly basis.

Pricing:

Lite License

Best for small businesses processing less than 250 orders a month or for business who want to use PIRO's non- production modules (such as inventory management, pricing management, timekeeping and invoicing).

Best for medium-sized businesses processing less than 1500 orders a month.

Enterprise License

Best for large businesses or businesses with multiple locations that want to synchronize their production steps to increase efficiency. This license allows for an unlimited number of orders to be processed every calendar month.

QuickPIRO Bridge

Allows for PIRO to communicate with QuickBooks in order to post updates to customer profiles, invoices and inventory. Essentially all financial or customer-related transactions will be reflected in QuickBooks as well to make your financial accounting and reporting easy and up-to-date.

Customer Portal

The PIRO Customer Portal is a web-based toolset that allows your customers access to their orders, invoices, order history and allows them to update their profiles online. The Customer Portal can be an invaluable tool for getting and keeping customers.

Training

We provide training with our PIRO installation for $150/hour ($125/hour off-site). A minimum of a two- day training course in the administration and operation is a requirement for purchasing the license, to make sure that the system administrator is familiar with the workings and configuration of the system.

Installation and Configuration

Typically, a PIRO installation can be configured (with the proper business rules and environment setup) in two to three business days, depending on the physical environment (network) and the complexity of the business environment. While the configuration can be done by our clients, we strongly recommend that the initial configuration to be done by our experienced installers and technicians to speed up adoption. Installation and configuration services are provided for $150/hour ($125/hour off-site).

Support

We provide support online via our Support Center and e-mail, and offline via phone.
