Pieter Andries Designs implemented PIRO in early 2011.
Pieter Andries Designs is a retail shop with a manufacturing department. All jewelry sold is created on-site, based on designs created by Pieter Andries, who has over 45 years of experience in the jewelry industry.
Pieter was looking to improve the tracking and management of the manufaturing process and to phase out and old system that was not up to the task anymore. PIRO is now used to manage production and inventory, the activities of the jewelers, and the overall efficiency of the production process. It allows Pieter Andries Designs to manage the workforce more efficiently and schdule the jobs based on certain priorities established with its clients, thereby increasing customer satiusfaction and timely delivery rates.
