QuickBooks Bridge

Rapnet integration
This integration will lift the burden of constantly having to update your prices, and will update the value of your diamond inventory automatically based on current Rapnet market prices, taking into consideration the diamond size, color, cut and clarity.
GIA integration
PIRO can automatically retrieve diamond data and certificates from GIA, thus speeding up your diamond management. No need for manual entry of diamond attributes (color, clarity, etc.) anymore, PIRO maps automatically all the corresponding attribute values using the GIA diamond database.

Configuration (online)
Installing any ERP system can be time-consuming as it requires a complete overview of your existing business processes. The configuration is highly recommended to be done by one of our project managers (the average required time varies between 16 and 40 business hours).
Training (online)
While much information is available about PIRO online and in the built-in user manual, we suggest that we train you and your team in the administration of the system and configurations available. Based on our experience minimum 8 hours is needed for PIRO users and 4 hours for PIRO Fusion users.
PIRO barcode scanner
In order to utilize PIRO's barcoding capabilities, you will need to use barcode scanners. Our scanners are programmed to be used with PIRO and work as soon as you plug them into a workstation that has PIRO installed. The scanners are capable of reading both 1D and 2D barcodes and come with a stand.
PIRO metal scale
Precise inventory handling is key for every jewelry business. Our PIRO-integrated scales (2000g/0.01g resolution) eliminate user errors when entering weights by automatically reading the weights from the scales. Our scales are also network-connected so that several workstations can share them.
